“One of the most amazing things about the whole wedding was that Jennifer at Shadow Mountain allowed us to rent the venue for the entire weekend! Meaning that all of the setup was done on Friday afternoon and my family was able to come back on Sunday morning to pick up the last few things rather than stay super late on Saturday. It made the whole event much less stressful on everyone. Shadow Mountain Events and Lifesong Photography made everything so much easier on both my husband and I, and were incredible to work with. We will always treasure that special day!”

“Shadow Mountain is hands down the best and most affordable place in the Chelan area to plan an event. Tyler and I got married there in July of 2012 and it was the best day of our lives. The venue was stunning and had everything you could ever want or need. It is big enough to have the ceremony, reception, and even games/photos, but not too big that your guests miss out on what is going on. The Collin’s were extremely helpful and well prepared when it came to things needed for our wedding. They were able to suggest photographers, DJ’s and caters to use, but we able to make all our own choices. Setting up the night before was great, allowing our wedding day to be completely stress free. Even to this day, we still have people compliment us on how beautiful our venue was. You will not ever regret planning your wedding here.”
“Most little girls dream of their “big day”, and it is such an amazing adventure when that “big day” arrives. Never had I imagined such a beautiful and memorable wedding — like I had at Shadow Mountain. All of the greenery, landscaping, mountains, and beautiful Lake Chelan weather made for a breath-taking wedding! One of the things that was great about Shadow Mountain is that it accommodated my 320 guests comfortably! We had a large and beautiful wedding — and people are still talking about it today! Luckily — we had an amazing venue to help my little girl’s “big day” dream come to life!”
“My husband Drew and I got married at Shadow Mountain Events on Aug 6th, 2011. The overall venue was absolutely beautiful, and I could not have asked for more. I loved the fact that we were able to get married and have our reception all at the same place. Everything was beautifully landscaped, so we did not have to spend a lot of money on decorating. We were able to use our own caterer and bring in the beer and wine of our choice. That was a huge plus for us! One of my favorite things about Shadow Mountain is the actual mountain that sits behind the stage where the ceremony takes place. It is absolutely breath taking when you walk in and see that, especially right when the sun starts to go down and hits the top of the mountain. We ended up with some amazing photo’s. The overall atmosphere was fun, but also romantic at the same time. I could not have asked for a better place to get married. If you are wanting a outdoor wedding I would highly recommend checking out Shadow Mountain Events!”
